Project Update - Togo, West Africa
Hospital Video Clip Page
The current hospital in the southern part of Togo is an amazing example that we hope to duplicate in the north! To activate the video clips you will need to click the play button twice on each video window. Grab some popcorn, enjoy the video clips and pray for God's blessings to be upon our work for the people of Togo!
Thank You from Fred
One of the doctors came running up to me while I was videoing in the hospital. "Fred! Fred! You've got to come quickly and video this!" When you see this clip you'll understand why! My jaw was hitting the floor while I took it! This Muslim man came from about two hours away, which is quite a trip for someone in Togo, because he heard that the way things are done at the hospital is pleasing to God. Amen to that one! He is speaking the language Ewe, which will be translated on the clip into English by David, a Togolese Christian nurse who works at the hospital. David is one of the main evangelists there. Praise God for how He uses this medical ministry!
A clear presentation of the gospel is always given to the patients by the staff or visiting pastors.

Pastor Lare lives in the northern part of Togo where it is predominantly Muslim. He prays for the day when there will be a larger Christian witness in the area. Pastor Lare is standing in front of the future hospital site.

"So we are going to continue to pray that this hospital will be built so that many people who are dying here without care can have healing and not only for the body but the spirit also. This area here the Muslims are many and so our people who are pagans are not know our Lord. So this will help us to give more the gospel to our people in this area Mango, Dapong, (other local village names)....the last great village in the frontier of Burkina Faso (note: the country to the north of Togo). So this area is like a jungle where the people they don't know, doesn't know more the Lord. So, this is something I'm not knowing how to thank our Lord for this project. So God bless and thank you very much for your care, your gifts and we know that this is not for man but for the Lord our Lord Jesus Christ. So we are going to continue to pray for that project to be accomplished in our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen." Fred speaking: "Amen".
